The Way Home (Cesta domů) 2018 – 2022
Clients of The Way Home non-profit organisation include patients with terminal diseases and their families. The residential hospice provides health care and consulting services and also focuses on educational activities. The Way Home makes sure that both kids and adults passing away in home environment have medical care available and thus fulfils at the end of their lives the wish to die at home, among their loved ones.
