Obytný Soubor Na Krutci
The project Na Krutci project in Vokovice, Prague, offers a unique view of the Tichá Šárka valley and is located only few minutes from centre of Prague. This modern complex includes 16 terraced houses, 6 blocks of flats, and 13 solitery villas combining comfortable living with access to nature and urban infrastructure. Completed in 2008, the project was developed under the leadership of renowned architectural studios KUBA & PILAŘ, Rudiš-Rudiš, D.R.N.H., and ABM architekti. The first phase of the development was awarded first place in the prestigious Best of Realty Awards.
