Residential project Byty Na Vackově is located in the quiet and desirable upper Žižkov district in Prague 3, building upon the success of the Alfarezidence project from 2012. This modern project offers comfortable living just moments away from the city center, with excellent civic amenities and a pleasant neighborhood next to the park Židovské pece. Completed in 2017, the project consists of five blocks with a total of 331 flats. The development was divided into two phases. Buildings A, B, and C were completed in the first phase and offer 202 modern flats with balconies or front gardens. The project was designed by the renowned architectural studio MS Architekti which created a functional and aesthetically pleasing solution for the entire complex. The project has received prestigious recognition in the Best of Realty Awards.
