Thanks to the tremendous interest on the part of our employees, another beneficial fundraiser took place this year, this time again for the non-profit organisation of Cesta domů, which takes care of people on the verge of their lives. 

 

The amount provided by our employees was multiplied by Metrostav Development, and, thanks to that, we were able to hand over to representatives of Cesta domů, before the end of the year, a symbolic cheque for the amazing CZK 186 400, while the money in hand will be used for financing a new urgent palliative care project.

Results were announced and awards given to the last year’s best projects in the Czech real estate market at a gala evening in the Forum Karlín, Prague. Within the frame of the prestigious Best of Realty 2021 contest, our residential project of Byty na Vackově 10th Phase acquired the Readers’ Award.

Within the frame of the Na Vackově Apartments residential project, which is located in Prague 3, all 342 apartment units and studios have successfully been handed over.

 

The project also includes non-residential premises, which are available in the buildings A3 and A5. More information regarding retail premises is available here.

The Apartments at the Park Na Vackově Project is a part of the Residential Park Na Vackově in upper Žižkova, Prague 3. There are 11 new buildings being built with the total of 272 apartments and two studios and 90% of that capacity has been sold out so far.

In the beginning of summer, our company implemented a successful real estate transaction upon which MINT I. residential sub-fund of SICAV signed an agreement on acquisition for the first stage of Vysočanský Mlýn.

 

It is the first common transaction within the frame of which MINT shall extend its portfolio by acquisition of over 200 new apartments for lease in the complex being newly developed.

We have launched sale of the brand new project entitled Malešický háj located in Prahy 10 – Malešice.  

 

The project offers only 107 residential units in five buildings and its biggest advantage is that it closely neighbours with Malešický greenwood.  

 

The Loxia architectonic studio is behind the design of this project.

The total of 75% of the Byty u parku Na Vackově Project, where there are 272 apartments and two studios being built in 11 new buildings, are already sold out.

Already four of the five buildings of the Byty Na Vackově Porject, which is a part of the Na Vackově Residential Park, have received use permit, specifically buildings A1, A2, A3, and A4.  

First apartment owners are already moving to the completed buildings A1 and A2. The area, which is located in the vicinity of the Židovské pece park thus comes alive with new inhabitants.
